Nels Jorgenson and Company has been providing sales and service of Chatillon Ametek force gauges and Lloyd Instruments material testing product lines for almost 40 years and has since added other quality lines such as Mark-10 and Mecmesin. Our product line ranges from simple fish scales to the most sophisticated material testing equipment. NJC has an extensive inventory to fulfill most customer requirements. We are an A2LA accredited calibration and OEM service center for Chatillon, Lloyds-Instruments and Mark-10. Our lab has the capacity to calibrate from gram gauges to 10,000 pound load cells.

NEXYGEN Plus multi-lingual materials testing software is the hub of the Lloyd Instruments Plus Series materials testing system . This extraordinarily easy to use and flexible software, allows the operator to control and monitor all aspects of the system from a single front end, ensuring fast, reliable and powerful testing and data analysis for tensile, compression, peeling, tearing, creep, relaxation and  flexural test applications.

With NEXYGENPlus software, the user can simply select from the extensive library of pre-defined test set-ups based on international standards to set up routine tests or create an advanced multi-stage test, all using the same program. Still picture and video capture are also included in the software as well as a powerful security and audit trail module to provide 100% traceability, full automation capability for automatic testing and much more.

Nexygen TCD Series Software

NEXYGEN TCD Series software is an easy to use software package designed to integrate directly with CHATILLON testing machines. The software allows the user to collect and analyze load and extension data from a common set of pre-configured test setups.

For CHATILLON digital force gauge users, the software can also interface directly to the force gauge to provide expanded gauge functionality Very easy to set up and operate

i Software Designed for the I Series Test Stands

The i-software is specifically designed to work with the i-series test stands for exceptional capabilities. It can run on laptops or desktop PC’s and the COM port connection means no additional hardware or plug-in cards are required. Stand control is completed through two powerful yet very distinct modes. “Control panel” mode for traditional “force gauge” reporting

"Programmed mode" write very powerful and custom testing sequences tailored to your unique tests. Select the functions that you want from those available such as:

Context-sensitive help is available that describes each parameter. The programs can be saved to computer allowing any user to simply retrieve the program needed to complete the test. You can even have the data set automatically thinned from the incredible 2000 Hz data point collection rate to a more manageable number of external data points.
